NCT ID NCT06769698
First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (fianlimab) to a standard immunotherapy (cemiplimab) works better than the standard drug alone for people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. About 120 adults whose tumors have a specific protein (PD-L1) will receive either the combination or cemiplimab plus a placebo. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to more tumor shrinkage.
