First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This phase 3 study tests whether adding the experimental drug FG-M108 to standard chemotherapy helps people with a specific type of advanced pancreatic cancer live longer. The drug targets a protein called Claudin18.2 found on some cancer cells. About 524 adults with untreated advanced pancreatic cancer will receive either FG-M108 or a placebo, plus chemotherapy, to compare survival and side effects.
