First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether fexuprazan can prevent upper stomach bleeding in 400 heart patients at high risk of bleeding who need two blood thinners after getting a stent. Participants will take either fexuprazan or another standard drug daily for 6 months, and researchers will compare how many have stomach bleeding or ulcers. The goal is to find a safer way to protect the stomach while preventing heart attacks.
