New fetoscopes aim to make fetal surgery safer

Summary
This study tests new, improved fetoscopes (thin tools used to perform surgery on a baby while still in the womb) to see if they are safe and work well. About 100 pregnant women scheduled for fetal surgery will take part. The main goal is to track any side effects, serious problems, or device issues.
