New iron shot could help kids with anemia who can't take pills

Summary
This study tests a medicine called ferumoxytol for children aged 2 to 17 with iron deficiency anemia (low iron). It is for kids who cannot take iron pills or for whom pills do not work. The main goal is to see if the medicine raises hemoglobin (a part of red blood cells) safely. About 75 children will take part.
