Summary
This study is testing whether adding progesterone hormone support after fertility treatment improves pregnancy rates. It involves 690 women undergoing a specific fertility treatment (letrozole with intrauterine insemination) at clinics in Denmark. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either vaginal progesterone or no extra hormone support after their treatment.
