Summary
This study is testing whether growth hormone or DHEA supplements can help women with poor ovarian reserve produce more eggs during IVF treatment. Researchers will compare which supplement works better at increasing the number and size of egg follicles. The study involves 165 women who have previously produced few eggs during fertility treatments.
