Summary
This study aims to find out if adding a medication called letrozole to a standard hormone treatment improves pregnancy success for women with adenomyosis. It will involve 700 women with this uterine condition who are undergoing frozen embryo transfer. Researchers will compare pregnancy and live birth rates between the two treatment approaches.
