Summary
This study aims to find the better drug combination to help women with adenomyosis get pregnant through frozen embryo transfer. It will compare two hormone-based treatments in 700 women to see which one leads to more successful pregnancies that last past 12 weeks. The goal is to improve pregnancy and live birth rates for this specific group of women struggling with infertility.
