NCT ID NCT07377734

First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a collagen injection into the uterus to standard hormone therapy can help shrink or eliminate early-stage endometrial cancer or precancerous changes in women who want to preserve their fertility. About 30 participants will receive either hormone pills alone or hormone pills plus three collagen injections over two months. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to a higher tumor remission rate at six months.
