First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two hormone drugs (GnRHa and letrozole) works better than standard hormone pills (megestrol or medroxyprogesterone) to make early-stage endometrial cancer disappear while preserving the ability to have children. About 104 women with stage I, low-grade cancer who want to keep their fertility will be enrolled. The main goal is to see if more women achieve a complete response within 16 weeks with the new combination.
