First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two hormone drugs (GnRHa and letrozole) works better than standard hormone pills (megestrol or medroxyprogesterone) for treating early-stage endometrial cancer while preserving the ability to have children. About 104 women with stage I, low-grade cancer who wish to keep their fertility will be enrolled. The main goal is to see if more women achieve complete cancer remission within 16 weeks with the new combination.
