Summary
This study looks at two ways to help cancer patients preserve their fertility before treatments like chemotherapy. One group will have both ovarian tissue freezing and egg freezing, while the other group will have egg freezing alone. Researchers will compare how many eggs are retrieved in each group to see if the combined approach is better.
