New study tests best way to save fertility in cancer patients

Summary

This study looks at two ways to help cancer patients preserve their ability to have children before treatments like chemotherapy. One method freezes both ovarian tissue and eggs, while the other freezes only eggs. Researchers will compare how many eggs are retrieved in each group. About 127 patients aged 18 to 46 will take part.
