First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study collects and freezes testicular tissue from prepubertal boys who are about to receive cancer treatment that has a high risk of causing infertility. The tissue is stored for possible future use to help them have children, and a portion is used for research to better understand how sperm cells develop. The goal is to offer a fertility preservation option for young boys who currently have none.
