Summary

This study tests if a hormone drug called GnRH agonist can improve live birth rates in women under 43 undergoing IVF or frozen embryo transfer. About 784 participants will receive either the GnRH agonist or a standard hormone trigger. The goal is to see if the new approach leads to more successful pregnancies and live births.
