Summary
This study is for adults with primary biliary cholangitis (a chronic liver disease) who have cirrhosis and did not respond well to the standard drug ursodeoxycholic acid. Researchers want to see if adding fenofibrate to their treatment can improve liver function and reduce symptoms like itching and fatigue. About 104 participants will take both drugs for up to 36 weeks.
