Summary
This study is for adults with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) who have not yet been treated. It compares the drug fenofibrate to the standard medicine, UDCA, to see which better helps the liver work normally. About 132 participants will take one of the two drugs daily for a year and have regular check-ups and blood tests.
