Summary
This study looked at 50 people having hip fracture surgery to compare two ways of numbing the area: a lumbar plexus block and a special type of spinal anesthesia. The goal was to see which method keeps blood pressure more stable and helps patients recover better. Results will help doctors choose the best anesthesia for each patient.
