First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at how fear and anxiety about anesthesia change in people who have never had it before. About 40 adults scheduled for low-risk surgeries will fill out surveys before their procedure and answer follow-up questions a few days later. The goal is to understand if their worries shift after experiencing anesthesia.
