Summary
This study tests a new way to treat advanced stage IV cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. It uses high doses of a radioactive sugar called FDG, which is taken up by cancer cells and may kill them from the inside. The study involves 30 adults and aims to check safety and whether tumors shrink or show less activity on scans.
