NCT ID NCT05891158
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at how the body handles a single injection of fazirsiran in people with different levels of liver damage (mild, moderate, or severe) compared to those with healthy livers. 34 participants received one shot and were followed for 6 months. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects, not to treat the liver condition itself.
