First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a type of talking therapy (transdiagnostic cognitive behavioral therapy) can help reduce fatigue in primary care patients. About 190 adults aged 18-67 with severe fatigue lasting at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to either the therapy or usual care. The main goal is to see if fatigue severity improves after 6 months, with follow-ups up to 5 years.
