Summary
This study tests whether personalized lifestyle coaching helps emergency medicine residents manage fatigue during overnight shifts. Thirty residents will either receive one-on-one coaching or standard information. Researchers will track sleep, alertness, and mental health using a Fitbit and quick tests to see if coaching improves recovery and performance.
