Night shift survival: coaching may boost tired Doctors' performance

Summary
This study tests whether personalized coaching on sleep, diet, and exercise can help emergency medicine residents feel less tired and think more clearly during overnight shifts. Thirty residents will be split into two groups: one gets one-on-one coaching, the other gets standard tips. Their sleep, alertness, and mental performance will be tracked using a Fitbit and quick phone tests.
