Summary
This study is testing if transferring a patient's own fat tissue into burn scars on the arms works better than standard treatments like steroid shots or minor surgery. It aims to improve how the scars look, feel, and function, and to reduce pain and itching. Researchers will compare the two approaches in 40 adults with old burn scars to see which provides more relief.
