Fasting time linked to Kids' pain after tonsil surgery

Summary
This study will observe 350 children having their tonsils removed to see if how long they fast before surgery affects their pain afterward. Researchers will also track how much pain medicine they need and how long they stay in the hospital. The goal is to find better ways to manage pain and recovery in kids.
