Summary

This study tested a new, less invasive surgery to repair a uterine scar from a previous C-section. The goal was to see if this technique helps women get pregnant sooner than the standard repair. 120 women with large scars who wanted to have children took part. The main focus was on how quickly they became pregnant after surgery.
