Summary

This study tested a new, less invasive surgery to repair large scars in the uterus caused by previous C-sections. The goal was to see if this technique helps women get pregnant sooner than the standard repair method. 120 women with fertility needs and large scars took part. The main measure was the time it took for half the group to become pregnant after surgery.
