Summary

This study looks at two treatments for a type of prolonged seizure that doesn't cause convulsions but affects brain activity. It involves 140 adults who haven't gotten better with standard medications. The goal is to see whether sedation in the ICU or more seizure medicine works better to stop the seizure within 24 hours.
