First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study compares two recovery plans after hip replacement surgery: a standard approach and a 'fast track' approach designed to get patients home sooner. Researchers will measure how long patients stay in the hospital and how well they recover in terms of pain, movement, and quality of life. About 90 adults having hip replacement at a German hospital will take part.
