New App-Based training aims to boost student resilience

Summary
This study is testing a new online program called FAST that teaches college students skills to handle stress and improve mental health. About 105 students will either take FAST or a relaxation course. Researchers will check if FAST helps with sleep, anxiety, loneliness, and overall well-being over 4 weeks.
