Summary

This study tests a new online program called FAST that teaches college students skills to handle stress and build resilience. About 105 students will either take FAST or a relaxation course and answer surveys over 4 weeks. The goal is to see if FAST improves sleep, anxiety, loneliness, and overall well-being.
