New fascia massage may ease frozen shoulder pain

Summary
This study tests a special hands-on therapy (fascial mobilization) for people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). Researchers will measure pain, movement, and shoulder tissue changes using ultrasound. The goal is to see if this therapy can improve symptoms and function in 36 adults aged 35–60.
