New massage method aims to loosen frozen shoulders

Summary
This study tests a special hands-on therapy (fascial mobilization) for people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). The goal is to see if it reduces pain, improves movement, and helps shoulder awareness. Thirty-six adults aged 35-60 will receive the therapy and be measured with ultrasound and pain questionnaires.
