New therapy tested to ease new Moms' wrist pain

NCT ID NCT07233343

Summary

This study tested whether a hands-on physical therapy technique called fascial mobilization could help new mothers experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome after giving birth. It involved 30 women in their first year postpartum who had pregnancy-related hand pain, numbness, and weakness. Researchers measured changes in their pain levels, grip strength, and hand dexterity after receiving this therapy.
