Summary
This study tested a hands-on technique called fascial manipulation to see if it improves shoulder movement and body awareness in people with rotator cuff tendinitis. 32 adults with persistent shoulder pain took part. Researchers measured how well the shoulder blade moved and how accurately participants could sense their shoulder position. The goal was to find a non-surgical way to ease symptoms and improve function.
