Summary

This study tests whether giving overweight teens free fruits and vegetables from a local farm, along with educational videos, can help them eat better and improve their blood pressure and weight. About 50 teens aged 12-17 will take part for 8 weeks. Researchers will track how many prescriptions are picked up and how health measures change.
