Summary

This study tests three different doses of the drug famitinib combined with camrelizumab in 120 people with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer that cannot be cured by standard treatments. The goal is to find a dose that keeps the cancer under control while causing fewer severe side effects. Participants will take famitinib daily and receive camrelizumab infusions, and researchers will monitor how long the cancer stays stable and how well the treatment is tolerated.
