Uganda study tests new way to help couples plan pregnancies

Summary
This study tests a program called Family Health=Family Wealth (FH=FW) to see if it helps couples in Uganda avoid unplanned pregnancies and use birth control more effectively. About 1,464 couples will either join the FH=FW program or a different health program. The FH=FW program includes group sessions on family planning, communication, and accessing services.
