Summary
This study tests a community program called Family Health=Family Wealth (FH=FW) to see if it helps couples in Uganda avoid unintended pregnancy. About 1,464 couples will either join the FH=FW program or a water/sanitation program for comparison. The FH=FW program includes group sessions on family planning, communication, and accessing services.
