Summary
This study tested a new way for patients to share their family health history with their doctor using an app. The goal was to see if this helps doctors spot people at higher risk for certain cancers, heart disease, or diabetes. Over 600 adults aged 30-69 took part. The approach included a questionnaire and education for both patients and doctors.
