Simple home fixes could keep seniors safe from falls

Summary
This study tests whether simple home changes, like adding anti-slip mats and improving lighting, can prevent falls in older adults. About 320 people aged 60-80 who have fallen before or are worried about falling will take part. The project will also check if these changes are cost-effective and easy to use in communities.
