First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study aimed to create a better way to help older adults with muscle, bone, or nerve problems who are at risk of falling. Researchers worked with 11 seniors to understand their health profiles, test their balance and walking, and try a special exercise program called OTAGO. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce falls and improve quality of life, while also being practical for use in other hospitals.
