Summary

This study tested a digital group program called 'Fewer Falls in MS' for people with multiple sclerosis who had fallen in the past year. 240 participants either joined the 8-session online program or received a brochure. Researchers tracked falls and other outcomes over 12 months to see if the program helps reduce falls and improve confidence.
