Summary
This study aims to help older adults at risk of falling by testing a personalized fall prevention plan. It includes 50 people aged 65 and older who have sarcopenia (muscle loss) and knee or hip arthritis. Researchers will measure balance, strength, and pain to see if the plan reduces falls and improves safety.
