Summary
This study tests a 12-week exercise program done at home via video calls to help adults aged 60 and older prevent falls. About 60 participants will be split into two groups: one starts exercising right away, the other waits 12 weeks before starting. The main goal is to see if the program improves leg strength, which is linked to fewer falls.
