Summary
This study tests a 12-week group exercise program called Safe & Joyful Walk for adults aged 60 and older living in Nanchang, China. The goal is to see if it's practical and helps improve balance and reduce falls compared to Tai Chi. Thirty-six participants will attend classes, practice at home, and be followed for 36 weeks.
