Summary
This study tests a 12-week exercise program called Safe & Joyful Walk for adults aged 60 and older living in Chinese cities. The goal is to see if the program is easy to follow and helps people stick with exercise, improve balance, and reduce falls. Participants will attend group classes, practice at home, and be compared to those doing Tai Chi. The study involves 36 people and tracks safety, attendance, and fall rates over 36 weeks.
