Summary
This study tests two different home exercise programs to see which one better helps people with Parkinson's disease avoid falls. Thirty participants will do exercises at home for six weeks, and researchers will check their balance, walking, and fear of falling. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to improve safety and independence.
