Summary

This study tested a fall prevention education program for people who had a stroke more than six months ago. The program was based on the Health Belief Model and included two in-person sessions. Researchers compared the program to usual care in 44 participants to see if it improved health literacy, physical function, and reduced fall risk and fear of falling.
